Did you know...

I have been lucky enough to experience and excel in a broad range of cuisines, techniques and dietary styles.
I love to bake, and wherever possible bake my own breads and pastries. I was a pastry chef for several years and love the sweet life!
Everything I make is from scratch and the heart.
Living in the Pacific Northwest, I love to create with local and seasonal foods. The flavours of our region are a distinct blend of our specific terroir, Eastern, South East Asian and Middle Eastern. All these influences and more can be found in my repertoire of menus.
I love vegetables. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, specialized diets and the like are no problem for me. Who says healthy eating needs to be boring!
From the Hive
I am also a passionate novice beekeeper with two hives (with more to come) that I care for out in the Fraser Valley. I love learning about bees, and working to help them thrive. Honey is one of my favourite foods and I incorporate my own colonies product into much of my cooking.
